EV+ is an EV charging company that offers a fully outsourced solution for commercial real estate. They design, install, own, and operate EV charging systems while assuming nearly all costs, liability, and ongoing management. In return, EV+ provides property owners with a net revenue share, creating incremental NOI. Headquartered in New York City, EV+ has 10+ employees and installations across the continental United States.

The Challenge

Before working with Zenatta, EV+ managed all deal flow in Airtable. This setup caused several issues:

  • Manual data entry: Staff had to type in notes, emails, and deal information by hand, wasting valuable time.
  • Lack of automation: Airtable lacked strong automation tools, slowing lead management and email processing.
  • Poor usability: The interface made it difficult for staff to navigate and use effectively.

Implementation

Zenatta partnered with EV+ to deliver a tailored Zoho solution focused on CRM, Analytics, and Forms. Together, we designed a system that improved intake, tracking, and reporting.

  • Lead intake setup: Custom Zoho Forms now capture partner-submitted leads automatically.
  • Lead tracking: A new CRM pipeline tracks progress and performance in real time.
  • Partner dashboards: Analytics dashboards give partner companies insight into lead outcomes and contributions.
  • ROI tracking: Zoho Analytics measures conversion rates and partner program ROI, making it easier to refine sales strategies.

Results

The implementation of Zoho CRM has had a transformative impact on EV+’s sales and partner program operations:

  • 5x increased deal flow: Zoho CRM’s streamlined lead management capabilities enabled EV+ to handle significantly more leads, resulting in a 5x increase in deal volume.
  • Achieved 2024 sales goal: The enhanced sales processes and streamlined pipeline management contributed to EV+ exceeding their 2024 sales target, which was 4x their 2023 goal.
  • Partner program success: Zoho CRM’s partner management features have streamlined the onboarding, tracking, and incentive structure for independent BDRs, driving strong partner program results.
