Zoho CRM is shutting down an old version of their Zapier integration on December 31, 2019.
This will affect any Zaps using the Zoho CRM (Legacy) version of the Zoho CRM integration. If your Zaps are using the Zoho CRM app labeled “Zoho CRM (Legacy)”, then you will need to update them to keep your workflows running.
To update your Zaps, you will need to go to each Zap which uses Zoho CRM and update those using “Zoho CRM (Legacy)” to the new “Zoho CRM” integration as shown below.
Any Zaps using the Zoho CRM (Legacy) integration after December 31, 2019, will no longer continue to work.
